Hello, I'm Seona. I work alongside professional women in STEM careers, ready to take the steps to transform their career trajectory and empower them to shine as leaders
I stepped into change when I decided to leave my corporate role in the STEM sector (pharmaceutical R&D) after 30 years and retrain as a coach. My passion is supporting women with their career and professional development journeys. I am an Executive Coach, trained and qualified with Henley Business School and accredited by the EMCC. I specialise in career coaching and leadership coaching, working with professional women across all STEM industries to help you take the steps to move forward. As your coach and thought partner, we create new perspectives and options for you, gaining clarity and understanding which inspires you to make behavioral changes. I have 30 years of experience as a scientist and project director within one of the top 10 biopharma global organizations, striving to discover and develop new medicines. I have lived and worked in the UK and Asia. As a leader in project management, I worked with multidisciplinary global teams, driving projects forward through effective decision-making and stakeholder engagement across the business in a fast-paced environment. Coaching felt like a natural progression for me to support and develop others as I enjoy building strong relationships and am an active listener. Throughout my career, I’ve received fantastic mentoring and coaching, and I’ve also had the opportunity to coach and mentor many individuals in both their career progression and personal development. My style in both coaching and mentoring is to walk alongside you as a perceptive and empathetic thought partner.
